With over 23 years of healthcare experience, Sherocko Gatling-James is a compassionate and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centered care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Medicine from Walden University. Board-certified in 2017 and an FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner since 2018, Sherocko launched her own private practice in 2022 to further her mission of empowering individuals and families toward better health.

Throughout her career, Sherocko has served in diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community health centers. Her wide-ranging expertise enables her to manage both acute and chronic conditions with empathy, precision, and cultural sensitivity. She is especially passionate about addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, providing care that reflects the whole person—not just the symptoms.

Known for her authenticity and deep empathy, Sherocko is a trusted advocate and guide for her patients, whom she affectionately calls her "villagers." She remains committed to lifelong learning, consistently staying at the forefront of medical advancements through continuing education and professional engagement.

Outside of her clinical work, Sherocko enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and indulging in monthly Netflix binge nights—cozied up in her favorite Charlie Brown pajamas. Her personal warmth and professional dedication continue to make a lasting impact on the well-being of individuals and the broader community she proudly serves.

Tasharna Murray Cuff

Tasharna Murray Cuff is a thoughtful and dedicated leader with a background in education, auditing, and financial management. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Computing and Accounting (Honors) from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and brings a balanced approach to leadership—blending structure with compassion and strategy with care.

In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Tasharna enjoys guiding day-to-day operations while building strong, positive relationships with teams, clients, and stakeholders. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported and where excellence is pursued with integrity and heart.

Colleagues know her for her attention to detail, calm presence, and deep commitment to delivering high-quality work. Whether she’s leading a project or supporting others behind the scenes, Tasharna’s goal is always to uplift those around her and contribute meaningfully to shared success.

Outside of work, Tasharna finds joy in life’s simple moments—especially time spent laughing with her amazing husband and two children. Family is her foundation, and their love keeps her grounded and inspired every day.
