Membership Benefits

Monthly Telehealth Consultation: Schedule one tele-health consultation per month with our licensed healthcare provider.
Prescription Services: Receive up to two prescriptions per visit, if deemed necessary by our healthcare provider.
Easy Scheduling: Book your telehealth consultations easily through our online platform or by contacting us directly.
Personalized Care: Get a thorough assessment of your medical condition, a diagnosis, and a tailored treatment plan via video or phone call.
Confidentiality - We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal and medical information in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

How it works

Enroll in the Program: Sign up for our Telehealth Membership Program by completing the enrollment form and providing valid payment information.

Schedule a Consultation: Book your monthly telehealth consultation at your convenience through our online platform or by reaching out to us directly.

Consult with Our Provider: During your telehealth consultation, our Nurse Practitioner will assess your medical condition, provide a diagnosis, and recommend a treatment plan. If needed, prescriptions will be electronically sent to your preferred pharmacy.

Membership Terms

Membership Term: The contract is valid for a minimum term of three (3) months and will automatically renew monthly unless canceled.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time with a 7-day notice before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to telehealth services until the end of the current billing cycle.
