We require a signature for deliveries the cost to be added in the shipping options. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Due to the nature of the product being shipped a signature is required for delivery of all products sent from Hydrate 4U Wellness. In the event Hydrate 4U Wellness indicates a successful delivery for a non-signature required package and the recipient states the package was not delivered, the patient and/or clinic will be responsible for payment of a replacement order. At the time of payment, you are given a variety of shipping options that include USPS flat rate and UPS. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. When possible, included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. You can also track your packages via third party or USPS or UPS. Hydrate 4U Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen items once left at the address on the shipping label.
When Will My Order Arrive?
For Small Parcel shipments, delivery usually takes between 1 and 6 business days with UPS (except for USPS, which ships in 1-10 business days) after your order is picked up from our store. For expedited services such as 3-day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air, your order’s travel time is locked into the given speed you select after the item leaves our store.
